Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Any Order for more than 5 Pcs per product or a Invoice value of Rs 1999 and above  will be considered as Bulk Order throughout the Website.

Certain product categories like canvas, framed posters, metal posters and many more are not returnable under any circumstances.

For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link.

If paid by UPI (Bank Account) we have a provision to refund the full amount,
In Case paid by credit cards of any type a maximum of 2.9% can be deducted while refunding the amount.

If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

Book Your Print provides easy and hassle-free cancellation when your product is damaged. You can cancel your order via the web before it is dispatched, do not cancel any customised orders as we will not refund for it. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab.

Bulk Orders and Any customised orders made are not refundable or cannot be cancelled under any circumstances,

Returns are possible If you receive damaged products*, please register a complaint within 24 hours for a replacement also a unboxing video reflecting the damage of the product will be required . Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue. You can use the “Contact Us” section on the web. Our customer care executives are always happy to help.

 *Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
– Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
– Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can’t be a subject of resell any more.
– Return shipping charges can be applied.

-COD & Shipping charges are not reversed.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide our customers with the solutions possible with us.

In case of any grievances or cancellation we can provide a refund as per the situation(s).

Bulk Orders/ Customised orders are not refundable under any circumstances.

In Case paid by credit cards of any type a maximum of 2.9% can be deducted while refunding the amount.

For pre-paid/online transactions the refunds will be credited/rolled back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 7-10 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets. For COD related transactions the refund will reflect as a coupon with the full transaction amount or in case of any partial refunds as the partial amount under MY Account section within 24 hours. 

No refunds will be made for cancelled orders once the order is printed.

Book Your Print & Design Flow Artworks LLP will have the final call related to any of your grievances and it will solely be their final decision on any matters related to Returns, Cancellation or Refunds.

Book Your Print & Design Flow Artworks have the right to change the policy with proper prior notifications to their customers.
